Prestige Lettings & Property Management Limited launched in June 2012 and in a short space of time has become a successful, reputable letting agent.

We are situated at Trent House, 700 Nuthall Road and clients are welcome to pop in at any time.

Prestige Lettings was set up by Jacqui Braker, who after 17 years in the Public Sector, and 4 ½ years in the Private Sector, was given the opportunity to branch out on her own and Prestige Lettings began.

The Team use their excellent customer service skills, approachability and up to date lettings and housing knowledge ensure that Prestige Lettings achieves its full potential. Jacqui’s ambition is to secure Prestige Lettings as one of the best letting agents in Nottingham – something she is quickly on the way to achieving.

Jacqui and her Team use their experience and knowledge to develop a comfortable relationship with landlords and tenants. With expertise in Housing Law, Benefits and Marketing, being a key asset to the vital knowledge a Letting Agent requires to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that all areas of the lettings and management process are attended to efficiently.

Prestige Lettings aim is to maintain a high calibre of landlords and tenants. Properties managed throughout the Nottingham and Derby area are specifically residential, but Prestige Lettings have recently branched out to include Commercial lettings.
